What Do I Need This For?

To achieve on call illumination with the JPL Comms MGC112121 headsets you will also need the JPL amplifier.

The JPL Comms JRC11 Headset Amplifier has the following additional functions: It allows the user to increase the volume of both incoming and outgoing voice leads thus perfectly matching the JPL Comms MGC112121 headset to a particular phone or system.

The amplifier also provides a mute switch. Allows the headset to be connected to an office or domestic phone when there is not dedicated headset socket on the phone. It is compatible with most office, call centre or home telephone systems.

Also included with the JPL Comms JRC11 Headset Amplifier is the SP5 lead to connect the amplifier to an office telephone.

You can power the JRC11 one of two ways, either with the batteries (supplied) or the TRC11 power adapter (see below).
